“Gear Up! 2022” is an Interschool island wide eSport tournament which will have two game titles, Valorant and Call of Duty Mobile.
The first stage of the tournament will be the Qualifiers and Semi-Finals, which will be held fully online. This website will facilitate this stage
The teams who are victorious in the Semi-Finals will be invited to compete in the Finals stage, which will be held physically at the Royal MAS arena on the 8th of December.

5 Players Per TeamTeams must register through the Ingame.gg portal. You can click the "Register Now!" button to access it. Any student of any college is eligible to register (cannot be those who have left school)
Registrations will close at 11.59 pm on the 27th of October. Please note you will not be allowed to register after the deadline, in any way. You will be added to a whatsapp group after the registration process for communication purposes. It is mandatory for every participant of the tournament to join the official "Gear Up! 2022" Discord Server.
Qualifier matches will proceed according to the bracket system. The initial brackets will be prepared by us taking your skill levels into consideration. You will be informed of your tournament times and dates on both the discord server and whatsapp group. You can check the live brackets using the ingame.gg page. Please note that the qualifiers stage is a knockout stage.
The qualifier matches will wrap up with the final two teams going into the semi-finals.
The final two teams who won in their respective brackets will face off against each other in the semi finals stage. This stage will have more matches than the qualifiers stage and will be streamed live on YouTube, Facebook and Twitch.
From 1.00p.m. onwards. The finale of the championship. The final two teams who won their matches in the semi finals stage will be invited to face off against each other, in a LAN event on the 8th of December. It will be held at the Royal MAS Arena and a large audience is expected to be present. There will be more matches than the semi finals stage and the Finals will be streamed online as well.
